BECOME BY ASSOCIATION.
4 Relationship Principles That Will Bring Out The Best In You In 2018.

Why do you think people become better or even worst, become phenomenal or more famous and influential or even accomplish more or less when they are in a relationship? The answer is not far-fetched, it is 'Association'. Association is a process word that can help one become more or less depending on the type of relationship one is into.

Tiger Woods, you remember the famous golfer that stayed on the number one spot for over a decade. Do you know why his name no longer rings bell in the golf world? Association. He went into infidelity his wife discovered, their marriage stumbled, he went into depression, his career nose dived and the rest is history.
Myles Munroe one of the greatest men that walked the earth shared this piece in his book the spirit of Leadership.

"The lion cub grew with the sheep and became a part of the herd. They accepted him as one of their own and he acted like one of them. After fifteen month's have passed, the little cub had become an adolescent lion, 'but the lion had become a sheep by association'."

The word become is a way of changing state and before you can become you have to pass through a process. That process in the context of relationship is ASSOCIATION. These relationship principles will help you become more, do more and create a better version of yourself in 2018.

1. Don't Spend Time With The Wrong Person.
Life is too short to spend time with the wrong person, filter your friends as we step into 2018. Life is too short to spend time with people who suck the happiness out of you, if someone wants you in their life they will make room for you, you don't have to fight for a spot and never insist yourself to someone who continously overlook your worth and remember it's not the people that stand by your side when you are at your best that are your true friends.

If you are into any relationship and you are constantly molested or intimidated by your partner, i think you should take the exit door if dialogue can't solve the problem.

2. Be Yourself In Your Relationship.
Never try to be who you are not when you are into any relationship. The greatest challenge we face in life is trying to be who we are not just to prove nothing or woo those we love or keep them by our side.
Be yourself and let your partner love you for who you are and not who you pretend to be. Don't pretend so your partner will love you. Be yourself and the right people will love the real you.

3. Don't Get Into Relationships For The Wrong Reasons.
Relationships must be chosen for the right reasons and wisely, it's better to be alone than to be in a bad relationship. If something is meant to be it will happen at the right time with the right person and for the best reason.
Don't get into any relationship because of the benefit. Learn to define and streamline your relationship for a better you and a more productive you in 2018.

4. Don't Reject New Relationship.
Never reject new relationship because old one's didn't work. In life you will realize there is a purpose for every one you meet.
Some will test you and some will teach you but most importantly some will bring out the best in you. If you must be relevant come 2018, you should put to practice these principles.
See you in 2018.
